Typical Day in the Life of a Cadet

MORNING:    

Basic Training: A normal day starts at 5:00 a.m., by 5:15 a.m. he has completed personal hygiene.  Physical training takes place every morning from 5:20 a.m. to 6:10 a.m.  Breakfast is from 6:45 a.m. to 7:05 a.m. Additional hygiene and kitchen cleanup is conducted from 7:05 a.m. to 7:35 a.m., followed by Company Formation at 7:45 a.m.

School: Our 6-hour school day is from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  
 
Lunch:  Lunch is from 11:45 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., followed by clean up and special details.  
 
While in Basic Training it is possible to receive high school credit for Physical Education and Military Science upon completion of Basic Training. 

AFTERNOON AND EVENING
 
Character Growth Studies (GSNC’s) and Personal Studies for New Christians (PSNC’s) are conducted at 2:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.    Dinner is served at 4:45 p.m. After dinner students are moved to the dorm for showers and PSNC studies.  Lights are out at 8:30 p.m., ensuring (9) hours of sleep every night.
