Our Compassionate Staff Teach Our Boarding School Students a Better Way to Live
Gateway Boys Academy serves young men ages 11 to 17 who have chosen a dangerous path in life. Our boarding school is located in the panhandle of Florida, and our academy is reachable from Williston, South Carolina and cities around the nation. While the program is very disciplined and structured, we commit to demonstrating the love of God to each and every cadet, surrounding him with compassionate care. Many of our staff have been in your place, either having attended a similar program themselves or having enrolled a child of their own in our military school in the past.
Boys are Transformed through Gateway Boys Academy
Students begin in our basic training platoon under the supervision of drill instructors. For the initial few months, physical training, a packed schedule, attention to cleanliness and chores provide them with structure and establish order in their lives.
At Gateway, boys learn to stop struggling against authority and begin to get confidence by mastering challenges that are constructive as opposed to their previously destructive activities. In time, they promote to higher levels, acquiring privileges and responsibilities along the way. The upper level military school cadet is allowed to do off-campus sports, outreaches, and travel.
Academic Success through High-Quality Curriculum and Certified Teachers.
Most teens who were failing or falling behind not only get caught up but pull ahead. We meet all established by Florida for high school graduation, and students earn diplomas when they graduate our academic program. Our academy operates all year round as students study at their own pace through high-quality curriculum and certified teachers. Our high standards allow students to transfer back to public institutions or to go on to college or the military.
Boys Discover a New Relationship with God, Direction and Purpose In Life
Spiritual things are important at Gateway Boys Academy. We strive to introduce every cadet to a relationship with Jesus and strive to establish a Godly atmosphere favorable to Christian growth. Young men attend group Bible studies, go to chapel two times a week, and meet with a counselor to discuss individually assigned Bible studies intended to build character.
Family Restoration is Our Hallmark
At Gateway, we focus on family restoration. Four months after the cadet enrolls, parents begin attending weekend conferences to learn about boundaries and effective parenting.
Most students in our program turn from their self-destructive behavior to an attitude of serving others. If your teenage boy needs order and discipline to put his life in order, please consider Gateway, a Christian Boarding School.
Although not located in Williston, South Carolina, Gateway could be just the environment your teen needs to generate a change for the better. Please call or submit our inquiry form for our boarding school today.
