Boys are Transformed through our Christian Military School
Teens start with a focus on responsibility and attitude adjustment beneath the supervision of drill instructors. For the initial few months, physical training, a packed schedule, education catch-up and attention to orderliness and chores. We give them structure and establish order in their lives.
At Gateway, boys learn to stop struggling against authority and begin to grow in confidence by mastering challenges that are constructive rather than their previously destructive activities. Eventually, they promote to higher levels, gaining privileges and responsibilities along the way. The senior level military school cadet is able to do off-campus sports, outreaches, and travel.
Academic Success through Top-Notch Curriculum and Certified Teachers.
Most teens who have been failing or falling behind not just get caught up but pull ahead. Gateway meets all standards for high school graduation, and students earn diplomas when they complete our academic program. School takes place year-round as students work at their own speed through first-rate curriculum and certified teachers. Our high standards allow credits to transfer to public institutions or to go on to college or the military.
Boys Discover a New Spiritual Relationship, Direction, and Purpose In Life
We emphasize spiritual life at Gateway Boys Academy. We strive to introduce every cadet to a relationship with God, and we strive to maintain a Godly atmosphere helpful to Christian growth. Boys attend group sessions, go to chapel two times a week, and meet with a counselor to pursue individually assigned sessions meant to build character.
Family Restoration is Our Hallmark
At Gateway, we focus on family restoration. After four months of enrollment for the cadet, parents begin attending weekend conferences to learn about boundaries and effective parenting.
Most boys in our program turn away from their self-focused behavior to an attitude of serving others. If your teenager needs order and discipline to turn his life around, please consider Gateway.
